ORDINARY TIME
Ordinary Time in the liturgical calendar refers to the periods outside of the major seasons of Advent, Christmas, Lent, and Easter. It’s divided into two sections: the time between the Christmas and Lenten seasons, and the longer period between the Easter and Advent seasons. The liturgical color for Ordinary Time is green, symbolizing growth and new life.
